Our Co - Founder and DP Jay specialises as a water camera operator, in both video and photography. He has shot for over 10 years honing his skills in seas, rivers and mountain lakes to swimming pools and man made in-land surf lakes. His passion for water photography started over a decade ago in Maui when he travelled there for a holiday with friends, his windsurf kit, camera and waterhousing. He ended up most days at the famous Ho’okipa beach park, swimming amongst the waves, rips and currents capturing professional windsurfers and practicing the art of water photography. He continues to develop and push his skills today and loves the alternative perspective, the energy and the more intimate feel shooting in the water brings. Jay shoots with our RED camera set up and SALTY waterhousing.
