Each brief needs its own curated approach to casting - some projects require skilled models with amazing talent in-front of camera and other projects feel the need to cast ‘real people’ with a story to tell or a specific skill to share. Note: We’re not saying models aren’t real people but using this terminology to distinguish the two!
Whether it’s a brand campaign or social media content we work with clients to research each individual brief and story and work out the best route for casting. If we feel it will work well for authenticity then we cast ‘real people’ for projects through our talent network. It’s not right for every project but definitely works for some.
Other projects require specific skills for example someone that can ski or a female that has experience on a road bike - this is where we delve into our network of talent which we have built up over the last 10 years. We have worked with the most skilled and wonderful people on projects and have an extensive list of amazing talent from families to individuals.
